Actively partnering with senior executive leadership of the Marathon Pipeline Organization to develop and direct an HR agenda, serve as a strategic partner, and lead in change management to support goals for both Midstream and Refining Operations.

Primary HR Representative for the Louisiana Refining Division's Operations Department. This includes providing strategic and tactical HR support for close to 400 hourly operators and salaried personnel at MPC's Garyville Refinery, the 3rd largest Refinery in the country at the time.In addition to the daily HR items that occur, I continue to partner with the Senior Leader of this organization to discuss strategic personnel decisions and implement new HR programs to better the organization and develop the talent within.

During my 6 years in Findlay, OH, I supported several corporate and operational organizations including one international location in Canada. I would support close to 200 employees per organization coordinating all aspects of HR including succession planning, performance management, and leadership training & development. In addition to the daily HR items that occured, I would regularly partner with the Senior Vice Presidents and Senior Leaders of these organizations to discuss strategic personnel decisions and implement new HR programs to better the organization and develop the talent within.

As an intern, I was fortunate to gain meaningful and challenging HR experience at PDC. I assisted in the creation and implementation of company-wide communication plans supporting the company's new Performance Management system, contributed to Succession Management Planning by developing candidate profiles, and modified and enhanced the employee “onboarding” experience.
