Heather is a Research Associate in the Health Economics and Health Technology Assessment (HEHTA) research group within the School of Health and Wellbeing. Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Heather qualified as a physiotherapist in 2011, working in various clinical settings in South Africa and in the UK. She completed her MSc Epidemiology in the field of Implementation Science at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2019. Prior to taking up her role at the University of Glasgow, Heather spent three years working on economic evaluations at the SA MRC/Centre for Health Economics and Decision Science – PRICELESS SA, based in the Wits School of Public Health in Johannesburg. Her current projects focus on economic evaluations alongside clinical trials.
