I'm part of the Claims Central team, offering internal claims support for 1300 + field claims employees. A portion of the responsibility is delivering support for our automated claims software program (Quest) and the remaining responsibility is providing procedural support and guidance to our claims managers, supervisors, and adjusters while working Multiple Peril Crop Insurance Claims.
