I am a caring, compassionate and conscientious RN with 15+ years experience in the nursing field. I have maintained positions starting in the hospital setting, moving to home care and hospice and for the last 7 years gained valuable experience in a cardiology office. As a bachelors prepared RN I spent a large amount of that time in a supervisor/ preceptor role. I am also self motivated and have had to teach myself at times with inexperienced or non clinical management. I have superb communication skills that enable me to develop a good rapport with clients and families as well as those of the interdisciplinary team. I am detail oriented in my care and documenting, and have been commended on my patience and calming presence with clients and coworkers alike.
