Responsible for administrative and personnel actions; supervised, mentored, and maintained the health and welfare of three personnel. Maintained postal records, prepared forms and reports, and performed postal supply functions. Prepared and submitted postal operational plans and reports. Maintained the United States Postal Service (USPS) publications, current mail distribution schemes, military post office location lists, mail distribution instructions, and labeling catalogs. Issued and closed mail receptacle. Provided postal directory services. Scanned inbound mail to include delivery confirmation for uploaded through the Automated Military Postal System (AMPS).

Iraq

Served as Training NCO for the 387th Human Resources Company with an assigned strength of over 500 Soldiers in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Ensured successful accomplishment of tasks which supported the unit’s training programs within mobilization posture requirements. Provided required information to unit commander, reported daily unit’s status report; attended all unit training assemblies, and annual training periods. Executed all company training and ensured required training was completed during mobilization period.
