With over 10+ years of experience in Teaching Special Education, and coaching women's soccer, Heather has created dynamic skills to help others in career development, personal growth, character development, and relationship management. Heather is skilled in identifying opportunities for business growth, driving engagement, and managing a large portfolio of clients.As a skilled leader, Heather has helped all entities she has worked with, scale for growth by identifying, designing, and capitalizing on bringing more out of people by inspiring them to push past their limits. This includes motivating and empowering not just all students and co-workers, but specifically empowering young women to exceed their maximum potentials. Heather has been highly successfully in the teaching and coaching field. She has graduated 100% of her students, along with winning a district championship, bi-disrict championship, area championship, and a semi-quarter final championship. Heather has also graduated many soccer players to go on and play soccer at the collegiate level.Heather enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop new client retention strategies, outreach initiatives, and customer growth incentives.
