My background includes both marketing, merchandising, and leadership skills at my employment at Bath and Body Works and my attendance at Capital University. During my time in retail, at Bath and Body Works, I worked as a sales associate, cashier lead, offsite lead, and Digital Commerce Operations Intern. In addition, I have held a position as a temporary key holder in 2021 and in 2022. In 2023 I received a position at Bath and Body Works Corporate offices, working as a Digital Commerce Operations Intern. While working I have grown in customer service, merchandising, marketing strategy, customer loyalty, and collaborating with my team. During my time at Capital I have learned business strategies, professional development, sales and marketing techniques, and digital marketing skills.
