Developed processes aligned with ensuring account success for our small to medium new commercial customers. Hired, trained and coached new team from inception to reduce losses and add revenue while partnering with our customers. I manage a team of Professional Inside Account Managers supporting Small and Medium Business customers for our customers in both Western and Eastern Canada. Our team is responsible for retaining existing customers, increasing revenue, and supporting our customers in all aspects of their Waste and Recycling needs.

Responsible for volume generation into our MRF's and increased account revenue. This was done by utilizing a consultative selling approach in the sale of Waste Management recycling services to large, complex accounts. Negotiated and determined pricing, equipment and service needs. Built and maintained strong relationships with existing accounts and partners.
