Working with our team for the past ten years, I help further our efforts regarding speaking and publishing, examining public relations opportunities, responding to RFPs, hosting educational events (seminars, webinars, etc.) for our clients and friends of the firm, equipping attorneys with various business development and marketing resources, providing education regarding these resources to attorneys and staff and integrating new attorneys, among other initiatives.My specialties include:• Managing the firm's strategic business development plan.• Supervising business development support personnel.• Supporting the firm, practice groups and individual attorneys' business development initiatives.• Tracking and following-up on firm marketing and business development leads.• Directing internal and external firm communications.• Representing the firm at seminars and other events.• Managing business development events and activities.• Participating in the strategic planning process.• Hiring, training and coaching business development staff.

In this role, I managed projects for the marketing team, including providing various marketing resources to our attorneys; leading the firm's publishing efforts; planning educational seminars, webinars and other networking events for our clients and friends of the firm; and handled various other internal and external marketing initiatives. I also supervised our marketing staff and coordinated new hire efforts.

I managed day-to-day operations of assigned tasks and issues, providing appropriate responses related to various administrative duties. I contributed to and developed new initiatives regarding publishing efforts, RFP support, development of firm resources and efforts to improve client service experiences.
