I work with clients and in corporate wellness to establish advocacy for client/employers to support their rights as people with primary care physicians or other health care teams. By coordinating a positive environment for people to achieve premium balance I assist by acting on behalf of my clients while assisting with nutrition and other needed relationships available in the wellness community and creating a coordinated health care approach. Allowing families to create lasting wellness plans, encouraging groups to form lasting wellness relationships and creating healthier work place environments are my main focuses. I assist by creating meal plans, creating long lasting wellness community relationships, through cooking classes and teaching healthy options available to everyone whether by eating or cooking better more available healthy options.
