I manage the learning and development program for Inspire's R&D, Information Services, and Physician & Patient Services teams, as well as developing materials and programs for the entire organization. My work focuses on creating role-specific learning pathways, creating alignment and collaboration across groups, building knowledge bases, and developing programs to give our teams opportunities to grow their skills and knowledge of sleep medicine. My work also includes workshop facilitation, elearning development, video development, LMS management, assessments, and partnering with teams to meet their professional development needs.

I worked with companies like Learnwella and EPI to help develop e-learning training programs to allow clients to teach their employees new software programs, management techniques, and a variety of other business development needs.

In my marketing research consultancy with Ergo International I used data collected from marketing surveys to produce meaningful presentations and analytical reports which allowed clients to make the best decisions for their company.

I initially specialized in logistics monitoring for the U.S. supply chain. After the implementation of new data collection software, a position was created for me as a project manager, analyzing supply chain data. Working with a number of different departments, I compiled data into presentations that helped detail inefficiencies or identify opportunities for the company. I was also involved with training a number of individuals into new positions and teaching new software systems.
