- Led post-acquisition transition of Guidebox from new data packaging, account management, pricing and payments, internal tooling and processes, rebranding, and business development- Worked with former Guidebox employees and founders to transfer knowledge and processes to the new team at Reelgood over a 9 month period.- Manage service enhancement projects from customer interface and landing pages, data collection and packaging, and internal work-flow processes- Develop customized business models with hedge funds, marketing firms, consumer tech companies, and startups.- Manage organizational change, working with former Guidebox stakeholders, existing Reelgood team, and outside consultants to ensure and enhance business operations.- Negotiate, review, and execute contracts with Reelgood and Guidebox's business partners.

Negotiate and secure lands for exploration opportunities with corporations, individuals, as well as government agencies. Worked cross-functionally with Public Relations, Legal Counsel, Engineering, land owners, and Federal/State Governments to negotiate land use contracts that fulfilled all operational needs as well as the needs of the land owners and various environmental laws. Working in a high-risk industry, it was my job to not only negotiate for all party needs, but also ensure operational safety and long-term development capabilities.

Worked areas in the Denver-Julesburg Basin (Colorado,) Powder River Basin (Wyoming,) and Uinta Basin (Utah.)Tracked development status of company mineral acres, leading company lease projects, and working alongside Land and Legal Counsel to assist in acquisition and divestitures across multiple states. Utilized data of company owned-assets and working partner interests to execute strategic business decision. Coordinate with Accounting, Land, and Legal to develop solutions for ownership issues and complex contract obligations.
