I have used my strengths to support my children and the organizations that they are involved with during my hiatus from the professional world. My outgoing and positive attitude allows me to easily build relationships that pave the way for success in any arena. In addition to full responsibility of my family, I have served in many different capacities in my children's schools, including Class Parent, Class Volunteer, Silent Auction Co Chair/Committee, School Safety Committee, Preschool Board, as well as leadership roles with Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. I am a people person who thrives on interaction and loves to be involved.

Developed relationships with referral sources, educating them on the benefits of hospice and how BOH could outshine competitors. This included educational presentations, special events, and developing meaningful and trusted relationships. Hospice is a delicate industry, which is what led me to choose to stay home with my young children.

Served as the initial point of contact with potential residents/families. Uncovered what their needs were and demonstrated how Senior Star would meet/exceed expectations. Managed the entire process until move in. Genuine care and compassion was crucial during this life changing time, as was organization with the nursing team. I am still in contact with several of the families that I worked with, which is a testament to the real bond that was formed.

Performed daily calls with physician offices to uncover unmet needs and educated how AstraZeneca medications and services could benefit patients, which resulted in market growth. Consistently hit goals, built lasting office relationships and supported teammates, all while keeping an upbeat and positive vibe in a competitive industry.

Successfully coordinated all aspects of the Quad Cities American Heart Walk(s), including event planning and fundraising. This was accomplished through meaningful relationship building and motivation, effective presentation and extensive follow through.
