We have been able to reduce recordable injuries by implementing plant-wide World Class Manufacturing processes and safe operating procedures employing nine box risk assessment rating severity, probability, and controls. I’ve also worked to improve the teardown and shipping efficiency of an automated robotic cell by developing a standardized process to sequence the shipping of tools in the precise order they were to be reconstructed at the assembly plant.

I ensured new paint and body shops for the launch of the Chrysler 200 complied with federal, state, and local regulations, and corporate policies and procedures. I implemented EHS training programs and assessments. I audited EHS processes and followed up to ensure compliance and properly advised plant leadership and corporate EHS staff. We achieved the World Class Manufacturing Audit First Safety Pillar Score of 3 in N. America through strict adherence to safety processes. -
