Manage a portfolio of diverse pharmaceutical and medical device clients with a focus on new client implementations, serving as a primary point of contact for our Channel Management clients. Collaborate with clients and key EVERSANA team members to meet client specifc goals and strategic priorities. Track Key Performance Indicators over time to drive company performance and ensure issue resolution.Mentor new hires and collaborate with leadership on process enhancements and resolution.

Manage new product launches for clients, including sourcing supplies and developing client specific SOPs as appropriate.Assist with new client implementations and departures.Manage special projects for clients.
