You might tell a few friends about it or if you had time, maybe you snapped a photo of it and posted it on your social media. The Out-of-Home (OOH) industry is exciting and growing!My journey in the industry began nearly 10 years ago in Phoenix with Outfront Media as an Account Executive selling to clients local to the area. Over time I began to work with ad agencies and I became really interested in Geopath data. I started to develop campaigns for local clients and small agencies that maximized their impressions and kept them on budget. I loved helping the creative team to work on artwork that would capture the culture of the advertiser and help drive potential customers to their businesses. One of my first sales was to a business that purchased gold by the ounce. The business bought old jewelry and paid their customers cash. The business started out by purchasing transit bus shelters and over just a few years grew to several billboards and multiple retail locations. The client enjoyed their billboards because they knew that they drove traffic to their stores and was one of the primary factors in their success.Today, I work as a Director of Agency Partnerships for YESCO Outdoor Media. I partner exclusively with Agencies to develop OOH campaigns that drive potential customers to target areas in various western cities and rural areas. National campaigns prove to be exciting and involved. More and more we are using expansive Geopath data to drive even more specialized campaigns and optimize client budgets. We use both digital and static bulletins to deliver exciting messages to potential customers. Personally I enjoy the wonderful people of the OOH industry and the relationships that I am able to develop by working closely with ad agency teams across the nation.
