Supported start up of CRS' PEPFAR Track 1 AIDSRelief program in nine countries by contributing t writing annual report and continuing application; enhancing the internal communications for all partners of the AIDSRelief Project by establishing and maintaining an extranet that managed the documents of the grant, creating protocols as needed, and documenting all major decisions made; and developing training curricula CRS and sub-grantee staff on US grant regulations.
