CurrentCustomer Engagement: Engaged with new and existing DriveWorks customers, ensuring they had access to necessary resources, tools, and support to drive successful software adoption and usage.Key Account Management/Support: Provided dedicated support to Key Account customers by maintaining contact, providing access to critical resources and delivering timely technical updates to optimize product utilization and enhance customer satisfaction.Program Development and Management: Contributor in the development, oversight, and support of multiple DriveWorks Community programs, including DriveWorks Drivers, DriveWorks World, FIRST Robotics Sponsorship, and SOLIDWORKS User Group sponsorship, to foster community engagement and brand presence.
