Notifies appropriate personnel when new security key cards and photo ids are needed or when a key card needs to be canceled.* Coordinates with new employees to attend New Hire Orientation.* Answers human resources related questions and make referrals as needed for issues related to benefits, retirement, training, compensation and classification.* Assists employees with personnel matters, policy and procedure questions and any other related issues. * Provides appropriate data to other departments as necessary; utilizes JD Edwards software to compile reports per departmental requests.* Prepares, maintains, updates and archives personnel files for all County employees.* Maintains the NeoGov application database; performs an audit for each posting at the position closing and/or weekly and submits applications to the hiring department in a timely manner. Ensures departments receive the appropriate data. Adheres to all policies related to the application process and application retention.
