-Lead and complete organizational human resource matters including strategic planning, policies and procedures, recruitment and selection, employee relations, compensation and benefits, health and safety, training, performance management, employment equity, harassment and discrimination, and succession planning. -Provide information and advice including recommending policies, strategies, standards, and methodologies. -Establish effective working relationships with managers and employees to identify service needs, issues, concerns, and long-term goals. -Coordinate and conduct full cycle departmental staffing processes including onboarding and orientation. -Utilize Human Resources Information System for onboarding new employees, program enrollment, reporting and health and benefits. -Complete and participate in performance management and training. -Prepare reports, recommendations, briefs, and presentations related to human resource issues. - Conduct various human resources projects. -Maintain HR metrics using a variety of tools and mechanisms.-Special Projects as Needed

Manager of Field Talent: Regions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (Chattanooga, Georgia, Middle TN, Memphis, Alabama and Kentucky)-Partner with Regional and District leadership, serving as the primary HR partner to support talent strategies, provide feedback, action plan partnerships, etc. -Recruit Store Managers-Develop community relationships-Teach, train, coach, develop and assist management in recruiting and engagement. -Facilitate a quick and efficient recruiting cycle within the field.-Collaborate with the Recruiting and Learning and Development Departments to ensure we attract, develop, and retain the best team members to deliver the best guest experience.-Identify retention gaps and create tangible action plans to drive team member engagement. -Partner with the Director of Field Talent and Culture and District Managers to structure and communicate the engagement strategy to operational teams.-Execute succession planning and development plans for Store Level positions-Extract, format, and analyze data to inform decisions and identify opportunity areas.
