Tool was successfully implemented throughout the Regulatory Affairs Department and across other organizations in the company including the Engineering Department and Executive Management Team.Reorganized corporate structure of Regulatory Affairs department. This work included a gap analysis of current structure and resources using in-person interviews, workshops, and review of compliance requirements. Conducted post-implementation review and found that new structure was more effective in tracking environmental compliance and maintaining job satisfaction.Developed road map for Environmental Management System using ISO 14001 standards. Identified and recommended staffing changes necessary for full implementation. -
