I handle all of the IT assets and inventory for OhioHealth Mansfield and Shelby Hospitals.

Responsible for coordination, organization, and communication related to administrative functions of the IT and Security departments. Acted as executive assistant to CIO and ensured high-level of responsiveness to dynamic requirements. Performed security background checks for all potential associates and maintained employee database which provided secure access to facilities. Organized agendas, scheduled facilities, and recorded minutes for departmental meetings. Acted as point of contact for out of state visits from other healthcare sites and verified visitors needs and expectations were met. Oriented new associates to department and made sure they felt welcomed in their new roles.
