Recent and current clients include BECU, ExtraHop, Microsoft, Mozilla, University of Washington, Washington State Dental Association, Major League Baseball, SIDE, Save a Forgotten Equine (SAFE).As part of this work:o I initiate and manage communication to all necessary individuals include scheduling conference calls and team meetings, leading discussions, creating meeting agendas, composing post-meeting recaps o I research potential venues for events, perform site inspections (virtual and onsite), make recommendations and guide client and team on best-fit optionso I vet, select and negotiate with vendor partners, negotiate for best possible costs, terms and concessions, review vendor contracts and final invoices for accuracyo I manage vendors with a thorough understanding of each vendor’s function and specialty to ensure deliverables are fulfilled to expectation, budget and timelineo I develop accurate budget forecasts and budget reconciliations including detailed explanation of variances. o I create, manage and distribute all event documentation to include event plans, budgets, agendas, workback schedules, onsite roles and responsibilities, show flow, staffing plans, hours reports, post-show reporting and final invoiceso I assist management team with staffing plans and personnel decisionso I support management with budget tracking, staffing utilization reporting and assessing department revenue

Provide full-service event management to clients for events around the world of all sizes and complexity; from small and personal executive events to very large corporate and non-profit events.o Vendor Management: Responsible for sourcing and managing all vendors, have a thorough understanding of their function, and ensure vendors perform to expectations, budget and timeline (including but not limited to: hotel, venue, audio/visual, catering/food & beverage, photographer, DMC, entertainment, décor, air travel, ground transportation)o Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts to protect both the client and the company while obtaining the best possible rateso Budget & Financials Management: Responsible and accountable for creating, managing and reconciling all event costs and achieving event budget goalso Site Selection & Inspection: Research venues for events and conduct site inspections knowing what is necessary to produce a successful evento Site Visits: Coordinate and lead client site visits with venues and hotelso Project Management: Create, manage and distribute all event documentation such as budgets, agendas, work back schedules, timelines, on-site roles and responsibilities, on-site event flow, post-show reports, transportation manifestso Meetings Management: Responsible for driving, setting up and managing all client and team meetings related to evento On-site Management: Event, team and temporary event staff management, execution & troubleshootingo Registration: Support on-site registration team
