Perform complex professional, technical and supervisory work incliding pre and post award grants administration and management support, compliance, budget oversight and maintenance, reporting, conflicts, daily administrative and operational requirements of grants countywide to the Board of County Commissioners, Spokane County Executive Management, Elected Officials, Department Headsband other county staff; Audit liasion to facilitate the exchange of information; monitor departments for compliance throughout the county; assist with development of grant applications; Draft, finalize, and maintain 300+ contracts annually for the department; draft, finalize, and maintain department and division policies and procedures; department liaison to the Clerk of the track, maintain, and update all provider licensing, insurance, and other deliverables as required by state and federal contracts; participate in the development and response to Request for Proposals (RFP); prepare documents for execution by the Spokane Board of County Commissioners; manage archival of files and sending them off-site; filing; answering phones; and other duties as assigned.

Draft, finalize, and maintain 300+ contracts annually for the department; track legislation that relates to our department as it works its way through the legislature; draft, finalize, and maintain department and division policies and procedures; primary department liaison to the Clerk of the Board of Spokane County Commissioners and the Spokane County Grants Manager; track, maintain, and update all provider licensing, insurance, and other deliverables as required by state and federal contracts; participate in the development and response to Request for Proposals (RFP); prepare documents for execution by the Spokane Board of County Commissioners; assist with travel arrangements; manage archival of files and sending them off-site; filing; answering phones; and other duties as assigned.
