Assisting in the successful management of Public Procurement Framework including Crown Commercial Services, NHS Shared Business Services, LHC, Procurement Services and ESPO Modular Building frameworks.My work includes:- Delivering and developing internal training across Commercial, Contract and Project Management functions, with the primary aim of ‘Taking the fear out of Frameworks’ for internal colleagues.- Ensuring Framework SLA and KPI’s are met for continued compliance.- Completing monthly MI reporting and delivering project forecasts to Framework representatives.- Developing a comprehensive SharePoint Framework site available to all colleagues to access information in formats that enable understanding of individual framework processes and compliance.- Development of reporting functions to provide detailed analytics for Executive Leadership and Commercial Teams.- Providing bid support and co-ordination, liaising with internal departments in the creation and review of quality bid responses for tenders and completion of SQ responses. - Being Portakabin first point of contact for day to day queries for public procurement frameworks, maintaining building successful relationships with framework contacts.Additionally I support the business in securing re-certification of group accreditations such as SafeContractor and Constructionline.
