Responsibilities Operate SAP, PEOPLE-SOFT, APX-Accelerator; for Inventory Analysis and Invoicing issues. Managing MRP codes, Min/Max's levels and updating Material Master Data. Managing Match Exceptions and Past Due Purchase Orders. Purchasing and sourcing stock materials from various vendors. Obtaining price quotes for purchases of materials, Requisitioning new SAP numbers and Utilizing MOC(Management of change). Creating and Expediting purchase orders from various vendors and suppliers. Accomplishments My hands on experience and extensive knowledge has enabled me to move up in position with SDI. Since my time with SDI, I've implemented new processes and procedures that have smoothed processes and avoided excessive time lose and double work.As the ME Specialist onsite, I have reduced the ME count from above 400, aging from 0->90 days, to only daily exceptions that are resolved prior to aging 30 days. I also reduced the past due count from 700 line items to below 60. As Operations Analyst, I have assisted in locating and correcting warehouse issues and over seeing storeroom inventory. This position involved: Changes/update Material info records Min/Max levels MRPC settings Planning fence time settings Bin locations updates Vendor source lists Update current pricing Update UOM (unit of measure) etc. Conducting Cycle Counts Monitoring Inventory Holds Monitoring Reservations and Scanner PicksI am experience running Receiving. This includes receiving deliveries, checking material against packing slips and entering delivery into the system. Experience handling incorrect materials and shipments received and quality control. Skills Used: SAP People-Soft Microsoft Excel Email Software (Outlook) Presentation Software (PowerPoint) 5S Excellent verbal and written communication
