Responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of TMDL assessments and reports, Section 319 Nonpoint Source Pollution prevention programs, watershed assessments, coordination with Canadian watershed programs, spill investigations, and public eco-education programs (ages K- adult).

Responsible for grant acquisition and program development for a variety of surface and groundwater programs on the Reservation.

Wetland creations and restorations, waterfowl banding, installation of nesting structures

Oversaw purchase and inventory of warehouse for coal mine and power plant.

Variety of fish and wildlife activities: Waterfowl banding, endangered species work (piping plover and least tern in MT, razorback sucker and bonytail chub in UT), habitat improvement, wetland restorations and creations, predator, vegetation, and elk browse studies, wilderness ranger in Beartooth/Absaroka Mountains, wildland firefighter, fire dispatch.
