Planning, organising and booking external client conferences and accommodation. Liaising with hotels and venues to ensure all bookings run as smoothly as possible and ensuring they are getting the best value for money whilst working to a strict turnaround. Although conferences and events are my main role within the company I am fully trained in world wide hotel reservations and I am on hand to assist the team with training and any queries they may have. Being the Supervisor it is also my responsibility to deal with complaints, helping the team strive towards targets, organising the diary and ensuring the day to day running of the office and the team.
