Currently I am the SAP SRM administrator. I work with sourcing and purchasing departments globally and troubleshoot why the system is not working. I provide business application support to end users and work with 3rd party vendors to oversee run and maintain activities. I provided tier 2 telephone support to Pioneer employees and Sales Reps for Microsoft Office products specializing in Outlook support. I also helped maintain intranet pages relating to products I supported to ensure the information provided was relevant and easy for end-users to follow.I provided training via lunch-n-learn webinars and one on one with clients while on the phone helping them to become self sufficient. I created presentations and quick reference guides as reference materials.
