IKE Transportation Partners is a Joint Venture between Garver and Burns McDonnell with KDOT (Kansas Department of Transportation) being the client.Set up new phases and tasks within Vision for labor and expense charges and communicate to Garver team members of updates to the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).Create Garver invoice, combine Burns McDonnell invoice into the ITP invoice and send to KDOT per their reimbursement policy.Quality control of BMcD invoice per KDOT’s reimbursement policy and the joint venture (ITP) contract and WBS structure.Review and reconcile subconsultant invoices. Provide labor and subconsultant financial forecasts. Support IKE program for estimates at milestone and bi-annual updates with analysis of estimates verses actuals by disciplines. Work with Project Managers/Construction Manager and finance on discrepancies, mischarges, forecasting, analysis, labor, and expense charges. Risk review meetings with Project Managers per their projects to determine contingency per KDOT’s milestones and creating packages for PMs to submit to KDOT.Analyze projects time and expense for accuracy per contract, phase, and task within Garver’s WBS structure and if incorrect move to appropriate phase and task. Financial guidance, transparency, and recommendations to management. Compliance with accounting on policies, procedures, and accounting guidelines. Work with BI Reporting team to review BMcD WBS structure and create unique alpha numeric codes to combine Garver and BMcD charges for the BI Burn Down Report for ITP Management. Support internal audits to ensure continued compliance.Yearly analysis and reconciliation of audited overhead rates and provide to client.Help implement process, process changes, and training for other employees.Wellness ambassador for remote employees.
