I assisted the employee relations manager in different aspects of his position. I took statements given by employees about any issues they were having. I created Performance Improvement Plans and assisted with managerial and other employee training including orientation. I was responsible for making sure that all terminated employees did an exit interview before leaving. I assisted in payroll audits and I ensured all employees were entered into the time clock for ease of disbursement of pay for their hours worked. I created hiring audition pools for positions within the company and called the applicants to set up interviews. If an applicant was chosen I would bring them in to complete their hiring paperwork. I was also an acting receptionist for the HR office and assisted potential and current employees either in person or over the phone.

I worked with other BAs to promote MetroPCS in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Our contact from MetroPCS would schedule events and it was our job to promote any deals and promotions that were currently in the works. Engaging is the directive and we used our knowledge as well as our personalities to sell MetroPCS.
