Archer Estimation & Consulting, LLC was founded by Heather & Jake Jones in October of 2023 to address a trend of overwork due to inefficiency that we saw in the estimating field. Estimators in multiple fields are spending more time than necessary preparing bids and what we’ve seen over and over was that valuable time could be saved by making small changes to the estimation process. In addition to a need for Fractional Chief Estimators, we also identified a need for fractional estimating services for those companies who are either too small to employ as many estimators as they need or who are passing up bid opportunities due to high-volume cycles.

• Helped plan, promote, coordinate, and execute more than 20 volunteer projects and two annual giving campaigns per year in the Atlanta office• Guided the Volunteer Councils in seven U.S. offices on the planning and promotion of all volunteer projects• Created all promotional materials including e-mails, posters, content for the firm’s internet/intranet sites, and weekly co-managing partner e-mails• Assisted in management of volunteerism, charitable contributions, and diversity budgets• Maintained and updated volunteer training materials such as Project Leader Manuals and resource documents
