I have 15+ years of office administration experience. My experience in retail services, working at an engineering firm and in the heavy highway construction industry is a one-of-a-kind characteristic. I am an organizer by nature and persist on keeping all project information organized and up-to-date. I troubleshoot and will figure out anything that is thrown at me. Currently, I execute MSAs and other contracts , as well as State DOT and private prequalification forms.I work closely with IT and organize network file folders. I think outside the box to come up with efficient, effective solutions. I am well versed in the HR world. I coordinate benefits and open enrollment for a company who has 150+ employees. I also manage the hiring portal.
