I supported radiologists’ continuing professional development by translating new research findings and clinical guidelines into interactive, evidence-informed eLearning modules. This involved collaborating with subject matter experts, building activities in Articulate Storyline, performing basic audio/video editing and graphic design, and developing evaluation tools.

I was hired to redesign an academic integrity course delivered asynchronously in Moodle. Within a period of six weeks, I did the following:• Reviewed the relevant literature on academic integrity interventions• Assessed the current course• Proposed a treatment and evaluation plan based on the desired learning outcomes and a well- established theoretical framework • Created scenarios and learning activities in Storyline 360• Wrote new content and quiz questions• Developed an evaluation plan to assess the effectiveness of the course redesign• Compiled resources for ongoing development in response to testing in the fall

Recruited over 50 research participants; scheduled and conducted qualitative interviews with each of them. Transcribed and analyzed the interviews, translating findings into three conference presentations and two first-author publications in well-respected journals. Analyzed quantitative data using advanced statistical techniques in SPSS and Mplus. Reviewed and coded articles for inclusion in a meta-analysis.

Upgraded the swim club to varsity team status; planned and directed daily practices and organized meets as head coach. Discovered that I loved discussing literature with my Grade 10 English students, but couldn't stand marking their essays. Dipped my toe into activism by becoming the spokesperson for the “Green Team,” a collaboration of ten teachers, working together towards a healthier, more environmentally-friendly school.
