Hired to support Able Services' growth in the Integrated Facilities Management market.- Developed and deployed the EnAble Platform, a cloud and mobile-based software platform utilized by Able's facility managers at client sites. - Applications include mobile apps for Employee Assessments and Building Inspections, web dashboards for safety, quality and employee training metrics and tracking applications, for work orders, strategic projects and content creation. - Led data-collection process improvement initiative by digitizing and enhancing current state of cross-functional workflows in Salesforce, Sharepoint, ADP and Quick Base.

Part of the North American Corporate Services' Development Team, tasked with  implementing Operational and Lean Six Sigma practices.- Created cloud-based operating platform used by field managers to standardize daily operations and provide top-down KPI analytics portal.- Deployed Quality Assurance reporting program to the International Monetary Fund client, replacing manual, paper-based program.- Created vendor management application for GlaxoSmithKline client to track and manage vendor-partner relationships and opportunities.
