Counsellor specialising in women’s mental health and wellbeingAuthor, mother, wife and friendSince the 1980s I have been involved with a number of charitable organisations, including Sydney City Mission, World Vision, Peel Maternity Practice, and MOPS. I also opened a café, The Tree of Life Cafe in Mandurah, and co-founded WA Mums Cottage in Mandurah in 2015.My work has focussed particularly in the area of women’s wellbeing and health, with involvement in groups supporting women in steering through life as young mothers, solo parents or new mothers.My goal is to continuously learn and help others to truly achieve the goals they want in life, specialising in working with stepfamilies, solo parents and couples. I want my clients to RISE to the challenge of seeking help and learning to overcome and work through their dilemmas towards freedom.
