As the Head of North America for Project Kuiper, I led the consumer business and multi-vertical long-range plan (LRP) in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Caribbean. I was responsible for defining the strategy, operational structure, and leading the creation of our P&L for each country in North America.

I worked with the top 100 Global Media & Entertainment customers on their cloud transformation strategy, focusing on business outcomes that drove innovation, as well as led thought leadership around the future of the M&E industry in the cloud. My organization's M&E specialties included Broadcast, Supply Chain, Content Production, Direct to Consumer, Data Science, Sports, Music, and Live Venues.

I created & led the organization accountable for project management, long-range strategy and planning, analytics, & financial management. We supported an Engineering organization of over 1,000 people, with an annual budget of over $1 billion. We covered 5G, network infrastructure that carried video/voice/data, national data centers, and mobile applications.• Developed a team culture that resulted in the highest eNPS in the organization & 100% retention.• Led the development & adoption of a proprietary data visualization Tableau-based tool that encompassed analytics across budget, organizational resources, platform & services KPIs, and project information to empower Leaders with real-time data in lieu of over 1 month for prior manual data collection.• Budget management of over $1 billion dollars annually.• Created standards for project management to improve quality of information & delivery consistency.• Led the organization’s annual strategic planning for the long-range view of 5 years, enabling the organization to successfully account for technology changes, as well as shifts in our corporate landscape of costs and market trends. • Speaker & frequent participant in multi-industry Project Management Executive forum, focused on agile transformation & best practices.

• Responsible for evolving X1 Syndication from a one-time Program to a predictable & repeatable full-company integration of the transformative X1 IP video platform to our MSO Syndication Partners, including Cost Models, Contracts, Program Management, and Operations (Care, TechOps, Warehouse, Customer facing materials, and Tier 3 & 4 Operational support).• Built & Led the team accountable for the E2E Program Management, Technical Integration, and Business Operations for X1 Syndication.• Accountable for an annual budget exceeding $50,000,000, encompassing resources, hardware & software.• Developed and implemented processes, standardized materials & templates to reduce partner onboarding time, and improve predictability of schedule targets.• Drove strategic decisions company-wide to mature our Syndication business and technologies.• My team achieved a forecast accuracy of over 80% for launch target dates for the complex cross-company integration.• Regularly communicate with all levels, including the C-suite of Comcast, Cox, Shaw & Rogers.• My team helped transform our partners to an agile practice that worked in their companies.
