Driven to make "it's okay to not be okay" a mindset in people's lives, I am passionate about helping people with their inner struggles. Being the person who's always liked listening to others, I've striven to not just to be attentive and hear people talk, but to ask, "What can I do to further help you?” I am a current graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I plan to get my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure upon graduation and practice in the field thereafter in hopes to opening my own practice one day. I have past experience in various fields such as the medical field to fast food, but am now looking for opportunities that will expand my knowledge and experience in the mental health field. I am dedicated to given tasks and pay attention to detail. I have been told by former employers and colleagues that I am a hard worker and adaptive in changing work environments. As an passionate person for helping those who struggle with their mental health, I want to be a part of the solution to reduce the mental health stigmatism in our society and help others reach their full potentials despite their mental health status.
