I am the Financial Officer of TK Carpentry & Construction, Inc. As the leader of the company’s finance organization; I am responsible for the day-to-day financial functions, I oversee all financial aspects of TK Construction including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, banking and business growth. In addition to my fiscal responsibilities, I play a significant role in managing employee relations, customer relations, insurance, human resources and employee benefits. I spend my time building upon the teams’ strengths and keeping them consistent with the company’s focus and commitment towards people and customer service. Prior to joining my husband in the business in 2008, my experiences included banking, mortgage lending, sales and real estate. I am a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh’s Entrepreneurial Fellows class of 2013. I attend various construction management seminars to learn best practices and strive to better our team. I enjoy spending time with our tight-knit family including my husband Todd, daughters Kaylee and Kinslee. We spend a lot of time together in the summer with our extended family at our home enjoying cookouts and warm weather. Our family loves traveling to the Outer Banks frequently where we own a 2nd home.
