My journey in real estate marketing began with a deep-seated passion, which evolved into a full-time role where I oversee our social media presence, film and edit engaging content, and develop innovative marketing strategies. I also manage email campaigns within our CRM, create social media funnels, and collaborate closely with web designers to amplify our listings' exposure and enhance client viewing.In addition to my marketing responsibilities, I serve as a Team Leader, committed to fostering the growth and success of our team members. I provide coaching and support, review contracts, conduct biweekly meetings and one-on-one evaluations, and analyze Zillow metrics to help our team members achieve their professional goals.
