I help people troubleshoot issues with their entries after transmission to customs. I configure and upload importer databases into our system for use in entries by entry writers. I create reports for importers. I help test out new fixes for system updates. I also am currently involved in the support of the new brokerage system that has been deployed. I was also heavily involved in the training of the entry writers across the US on the new system.

I opened files, did entries and arranged deliveries. I also invoiced the files. I did post summary work on files. I was responsible for statements and submitted required docs along with paying statements to CBP. I helped create and send reports to importers.
