Accountable for the long-term asset strategy, capital investment plan, daily system operation and commercial services for TC Energy’s Canadian Natural Gas Pipeline assets. Assets include the NOVA Gas Transmission Line (“NGTL”), Foothills, and TQM (Trans Quebec and Maritimes), CGL (Coastal Gas Link) and Canadian Mainline pipeline systems.

Accountable for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of TC Energy’s ~40,000 kilometre Canadian pipeline asset and infrastructure.

Accountable for the development and management of Health, Safety, and Emergency Management programs and standards across TC Energy's portfolio of assets in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

• Accountable for safe, reliable and optimal performance of Jackfish Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) complex. Includes three 35,000 bpd nameplate plants and over 200 SAGD well pairs. Achieved 35% production growth and 125% plant utilization.• Led multi-disciplinary Production and Operations Engineering teams including 35 technical experts and 3 supervisors, both field and Calgary based. • Key discipline accountabilities included Process Engineering, Production Engineering, Well Integrity, Asset Management, and Data Visualization & Analytics.• Scope included operational risk management, facility performance, production forecasting, management of change, internal engineering practice and procedures, personal and process safety performance, urgent response management, management system development, continuous improvement, and control room optimization. • Achieved top decile industry performance on operating metrics: Steam-Oil Ratio (SOR), % facility utilization, $/bbl operating expense, uptime.• Transitioned team to ‘Operate by Exception’ model improving asset reliability by 15%. • Supervised team of 12 SAGD Production Engineers including field reports.• Accountable for well performance, well-work management, budget preparation, well integrity.• Achieved 25% (15,000 bpd) increase in production through subsurface optimization. Strategy included development of target operating pressure, NCG (Non-Condensable Gas) deployment, reservoir leak-off management, acid stimulations, liner repairs, Inflow Control Device (ICD) design and installation, and artificial lift conversions.• Responsible for development of annual production budget, monthly cash flow projections and variance reporting to senior management.• Established SAGD Engineer Training program including development of technical training material.

• Held multiple technical roles in both Conventional and Unconventional Oil and Gas production resulting in broad knowledge base of Western Canadian Basin.• Oil production experience includes Steam Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD), polymer and water flooding, Conventional Heavy Oil (CHOPS), Cyclic Steam Stimulation (CSS), and conventional light oil.• Gas experience includes shale gas, Coal Bed Methane (CBM), Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), and conventional production.
