I have a passion for executing and organizing tasks. I have a natural skill that draws people to working together seemlessly. Skills that I possess related to this field are, organized, detail oriented and communication skills. In my previous 7 years at my current company I started at the entry level position and worked my way to supervisor in 3 years. I did this by gaining the knowledge to help others on my team and neighboring teams. I am a beacon of knowledge and guidance for my staff. I have implemented new systems, new processes and provided detailed plans for how each was accomplished. I currently oversee 4 sub-teams within my department. I use my communication skills and soft skills to gain credibility and influence. I use this to guide and assist my teams with their needs or issues they come across. I coach them through how to navigate their way through their issues. This helps us all learn and grow as a team and individuals.
