After working as a Special Education teacher for a cumulative of 5 years and also working in Quality Assurance and Data Entry, I have discovered a desire and love of data, noticing trends and making adjustments based on the data. I am meticulous, passionate and hard-working. I have collaborated with over 50 people daily to make sure goals are being accomplished, needs are being met and our processes are being streamlined correctly. I supervised and lead two assistants for 5 years and through that experience, I have honed the ability to successfully build team unity around a common goal, navigate various team personalities, backgrounds and conflicts, curate strengths in team members as well as equip members with new skills for growth and success. In my quality assurance role, I had to transfer information with precision and haste. Initially my job was to just key information in accurately and in a timely manner, but because I did it so quickly, they moved me up to being in charge of providing Quality Assurance and making sure the other employees were submitting 100% accurate claims. I discovered my desire to work in a detail-oriented and data focused field from this position! I am a hard-worker, quick learner and provide a unique person-focused dynamic to team as a mother of three young children. I have been staying home with my children for the last 2 years and it has been an absolute joy to get to add to my skills from facilitating a home, navigating team conflict, balancing various schedules and equipping my children with the skills to regulate emotions, resolve conflicts and seek the good in everyone. Throughout all of these experiences, I carry a wide and valuable skill set to any job and company. I am a thoughtful, determined and driven leader. I work for the success of the whole team. I believe it is never too late to learn new skills and am currently completing some self-paced courses on SQL and Python.
