I most recently served as Vice-President, North America Logistics, where I led a 350 person team and $1B+ budget, serving all North America business units which deliver 70% of company sales and 85% of profits. As a member of both North America Supply Chain and Sales leadership teams, I led a successful supply chain transformation that achieved record customer service reliability at lower costs, positioning General Mills U.S. Retail for accelerated growth.
