I graduate in December 2022, and I am looking forward to beginning my career as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. During my preceptorship I worked with a clients across the life span with a variety of mental health disorders. I developed strong therapeutic skills by leading group and individual therapy. I expanded my autonomous nature during my preceptorship. I aided in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of various mental health disorders. In addition, I have worked with different members of a multidisciplinary team. I am knowledgeable about various EMR systems and can adapt to multiple systems as needed.
