Arizona Warehouse Holdings (AWH) - a partnership with Gold Hat Realty LLC (formerly Atkins and Breskin LLC), a New York City based real estate development company, and Imagine Develops, a Phoenix-based Real Estate Development company, purchased a number of properties in the Phoenix Warehouse District. It includes 215 E Grant Street, 710 South 3rd Street, 722 South 3rd Street, 725 South 3rd Street, 702 South 2nd Street, and 706 South 2nd Street. AWH, redeveloped a historic Warehouse at 215 E Grant Street with Imagine General Contracting, also owned by Heather Lennon. 215 Events, known as Warehouse215, an event production business, now occupies the site, along with M Culinary, the largest Catering Company in Arizona. AWH is actively growing its footprint in Phoenix.
