With over 15 years of dedicated service in the criminal justice system, my most recent role of Treatment Court Coordinator allowed me to leverage my expertise in data analytics and legal issues. This role allowed me to work collaboratively with a team to bring a multi-disciplinary approach to the program. My approach intertwines an evidence-based perspective with a compassionate understanding of the legal landscape, aiming to contribute to a system that values rehabilitation and upholds the community's trust. I have a passion for research and data and always enjoy learning new things. My years of experience as a Probation Agent enhanced my leadership skills and provided me with the ability to perform well in stressful situations. Additionally, my role as an Agent promoted critical and analytical thinking as well as creative problem solving skills. The years spent in civil service have provided me with a wealth of transferrable skills.
