Experienced Implementation Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industry. Skilled in Coaching, Public Speaking, Health Promotion, and Healthcare. Strong program and project management professional with a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College.My career with Aetna began in 2010 in the COBRA/Special Plans project area at Aetna. I began in account management and quickly expanded my role to include implementation and administration activities. In these roles, I had the ability to both implement and manage several complex accounts, providing support and counsel to customers regarding their overall membership and regulatory services. Drawing on my leadership and problem solving skills, I was able to provide comprehensive customized account solutions in addition to establishing myself as a COBRA subject matter expert. My strengths include responsiveness and resilience, strong work ethic, adaptability to changes in systems and processes, and communicating for impact with both internal and external constituents. Prior to Aetna, my passion for wellness and helping others achieve optimal health on both a personal and community-wide level led to my role as the Wellness Director at the Granby YMCA. Prior to that, I held a dual role at MassMutual as both a health promotion specialist and wellness program coordinator. I hold a Master’s of Science degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Penn State Behrend.
