Factory Direct Logo Coordinator for one of the top leaders in golf headwear. Worked closely with golf reps nationwide to supply golf shops with custom logos and design for shop merchandise or for national golf tournaments. Required very strong time management skills while working in conjunction with factories oversees with strict timelines. Responsible for a high unit volume of headwear with factory direct orders for tournaments and shops with quantities in the hundreds and thousands . Creative skills and color theory played an important role in producing a successful, sellable product. Worked very closely with the art department, digitizers and internal manufacturers.

Assistant manager/lead merchandiser of apparel sales for one of the largest athletic footwear & apparel big box superstores in the country. Huge 40,000 sq ft store did approximately $5 million/year in sales selling national brands such as Nike, Reebok, Adidas, New Balance etc. Responsible for guiding and motivating a staff of 60-90 employees to meet individual and store sales goals and add-on requirements while following store guidelines and processes. Daily duties included sales, hiring/firing, payroll, receiving, high volume cash management, opening/closing store, processing large volume of freight, inventory and merchandising a 20,000 sq ft sales floor with creative freedom (sometimes following a plan-o-gram) to establish flow of merchandise to maximize space, drive sales and create an attractive environment for customers.
